an update on the blood anchor cast!
now that i’ve got a better grasp on these characters (and now that i’ve gotten the first draft for chapter one written), i am so much closer to making this project a reality!

i got my copies of first inkling, a student literary magazine! i have worked with them previously, so i was very excited when they asked to me if i could create a cover for them and let them publish one of my comics!

hi guys! summer has come and i’m ready to take some commissions! since i’m graduating and moving off on my own without job security, i will be using these commissions to help me pay rent, buy food, and take care of my darling cat daughter (in case you were wondering where the money is going)!

Hello! First of all I’d like to say that the art for blood anchor looks all very pretty, so simple and yet fascinating. I have a special interest int he backgrounds. I know you have posted images of them on the phases as before you finish it, but if you could give more details about the process. It looks really pretty and gives such a nice, different feeling. If you could explain a bit more how you go about making them (and how you came up with that style too) I’d appreciate. Anyways, thanks!
